What is Tallow?
Tallow is a saturated far rendered from beef suet, and when made correctly, is a beautiful skincare moisturizer. It’s loaded with vitamins A, D, E, K and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid – an ingredient that can help reduce the signs of aging) and because it’s rendered from mammals, it is very similar to the chemical makeup of our own skin, providing the exact mineral requirements needed for healing skin issues such as dryness, acne, eczema, etc.
I really appreciate the smoothness of this tallow when using it on my lips. I recently didn’t have it in my purse and had to use a Chapstick. As soon as I put the Chapstick on my lips, I had to scrape it off. The tallow makes such a difference. It’s like your lips can breathe.
Obsessed. My skin is extremely sensitive- I have eczema, allergies, etc. because of this I am very particular about what I use, and what I use on my children. This hydrates and soothes immediately- lips, eczema patch, mosquito bite, gangs all here 😂. The packaging is super cute and intentional, no plastic, and it’s compostable. Love it.
